PSC/APRM/Retreat.1(2021)Abstract
The Joint Retreat of the PSC and APRM was convened pursuant to the PSC Communique [(PSC/PR/COMM.(CMXIV)], adopted at its 914th meeting held on 5 March 2020 which was reaffirmed in a subsequent 962nd PSC meeting held on 5 November 2020 adopted through Communique [PSC/PR/COMM.(CMLXII)]. During the 914th meeting and the 962nd meeting, the Council, amongst others, requested the Commission, working in close collaboration with the APRM Secretariat, to organize a Joint Retreat of the APRM to thoroughly engage and interrogate the various review reports undertaken in the past two years.
