dc.description.abstractThe Seminar aims to strengthen coherence, cooperation, coordination, between the PSC and the A3 in discharging their respective mandates. More specifically, the High-Level Seminar aims at ensuring that, the A3 more effectively promote, articulate and defend African common positions, interests and concerns, during the decision-making process of the UN Security Council on peace and security issues concerning Africa and its people, in line with the decisions and declarations of the AU decision-making organs.
