Description
The Council requests the AU Commission to facilitate the development of an overarching and
comprehensive COVID-19 Recovery Framework for Africa, encompassing other disasters that have
taken place before and within the context of COVID-19. The Council also endorses the proposal of Algeria for the creation of a Continental Civilian Capacity for Disasters Preparedness and Response.Publisher
